How many cookies does your recipe make?

How We Calculate This

This calculator scales a cookie recipe proportionally based on the desired number of cookies. It can use either your own recipe quantities or a standard baseline recipe.

The Formula

  • Scale factor = Desired cookies / Original recipe yield
  • Scaled ingredient = Original weight x Scale factor
  • Total dough weight = Desired cookies x Weight per cookie

Standard Cookie Recipe (24 cookies)

  • Flour: 250g
  • Butter: 175g
  • Sugar: 125g
  • Plus eggs, vanilla, and any mix-ins
