How We Calculate This
This calculator scales a cookie recipe proportionally based on the desired number of cookies. It can use either your own recipe quantities or a standard baseline recipe.
The Formula
- Scale factor = Desired cookies / Original recipe yield
- Scaled ingredient = Original weight x Scale factor
- Total dough weight = Desired cookies x Weight per cookie

- Sugar: 125g
