Grams to Cups Converter

One US cup (240ml) of plain or self-raising flour weighs approximately 125g. This is based on the spoon-and-sweep method. If you scoop flour directly from the bag, it may weigh up to 140-150g due to compression.

Cocoa varies between brands — some charts use closer to 100g per cup — so weigh with a digital scale for best accuracy.
